Acciona received a €300 million loan from Mizuho Corporate Bank Nederland B.V., The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., Development Bank of Japan Inc. and Mitsubishi Corporation by February 2011 to finanze the whole solar thermal business.

On February 2011, Acciona sold a 15% share from its solar thermal business to Mitsubishi Corporation. Therefore, all of Acciona's plants are a owned by Acciona and Mitsubishi with a 85% and a 15% share respectively.
